Kusog stores everything on your device, so most problems are fixable from inside the app. These are the questions that come up.

My streak reset

Kusog counts streaks in weeks, not days: a week counts if you logged at least one workout in it, so a rest day never costs you anything. The week begins on the day you choose in Settings → Week starts on, and changing that setting regroups past workouts, which can change the number.

A set I logged is missing from my totals

Two kinds of set are deliberately excluded from volume, charts and records: sets tagged as a warm-up, and sets that were never ticked off before you pressed Finish, which are discarded when the workout ends. Drop sets and sets taken to failure both count.

Weights look wrong after switching units

Kusog stores every weight in kilograms and converts only for display, so switching between kg and lb never rewrites your history. A number that looks slightly off is a rounding difference, not lost data.

My workouts are not in Apple Health

Health is optional and off until you allow it. Check Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Kusog and confirm writing is allowed. Everything in Kusog works with Health switched off.

The rest timer did not fire

The timer counts down from a fixed end time, so it stays accurate even if the app is backgrounded. The alert at the end is a local notification, so it needs notification permission. You can turn the timer off entirely in Settings → Rest timer.

Moving to a new phone

Kusog has no account and no server, so your data travels with your device backup. Restoring an iPhone backup restores your workouts.
